Problem:              A very dirty house exterior and concrete flat surfaces

Scope of Work:

  1. power washed asphalt driveway, back concrete patio slabs, balcony deck and concrete stairs to basement, washed house vinyl siding and cleaned all exterior windows
  2. pre-sprayed house vinyl siding with a cleaning solution then power washed with LOW pressure spray
  3. washed exterior gutter aluminum on house and garage
  4. cleaned windows by Hand cleaning method, wiped white aluminum window frames and cleaned window screens
  5. removed moss from asphalt roof-top and cleaned gutter troughs
  6. This customer is a war veteran and gets his windows cleaned and paid for by the Department of Veteran Affairs

Timeline: Completed this project in one day – Stan has been a client for many years and likes to keep his house looking sparkling clean
